About Me
-
Warner Pacific University Graduate
I am a graduate of Warner Pacific University, in Portland Or. I earned a Master's Degree in the 'Science of Management - Emphasis on Organizational Dynamics’ in business. I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration ('20) and an Associates Degree in General Studies ('19).
While college was instrumental in my professional development, real life work experience has shaped and influenced my professional perspective. I had the opportunity to work with and coach many front line managers and leaders. I was professionally trained using an accredited leadership program while under the corporate umbrella. One of my high honors was received a ‘coaching excellence’ award due to my unique coaching style.

Small Business Owner
I own a small business with my husband. We handcraft high quality leather goods. We have a studio in WA, vend events in WA/OR, offer wholesale, sell online and have an organic social media following. Our business has grown at a rapid rate. Being an entrepreneur has allowed me to build connections and understand common small business pain points.
Prior to owning my business, I was an instructor and territory manager for large corporations. I worked hard to climb the ‘corporate ladder’. Through that experience, I learned why entrepreneurship is my preferred lifestyle. I have been blessed to share my knowledge of building a business with minimal resources with many along my journey. The experience of corporate and entrepreneurship has broadened the scope of my knowledge.

Wife & Mother
I have four daughters ranging in ages from toddler to teen. I had my first child at 17 years old and my last in my 30’s. I have grown as a wife and mother so drastically over the last 10 years. My husband and I have been married for 5 years. As a blended family, I understand the unique challenges of relationship dynamics.
I experienced a high level of adversity in childhood. I have worked hard on my healing journey. I learned how to set boundaries, release shame, lost 1/2 my body weight, live an alcohol-free lifestyle, improved my self-esteem, mental health, overcame an eating disorder, and let go of an obsessive need to ‘prove’ I am more than a teen mother statistic. I learned how to identify and manage trauma triggers . Understanding and developing emotional intelligence has changed my life. Through sharing these experiences I have been blessed to influence and inspire others along the way.
